Please call first. Alpha Computers is a home-based business, not a walk-in storefront. Drop-offs are by appointment, and instructions are shared privately when we arrange your visit.
Do you come to homes and businesses?
Yes—on-site visits are available by arrangement. Call with your location and what you need so we can confirm service availability, scheduling and any travel charges.
How much will a repair cost?
That depends on the device, the problem, parts and work required. Call to discuss the issue. Pricing and any assessment fees are confirmed as part of arranging service; no free diagnosis or fixed turnaround is promised here.
Can you help with my business website?
Yes. We can discuss a new business website, mobile-friendly design, domain and hosting setup, and ongoing updates. Scope, ownership, pricing and recurring costs are agreed before work begins. Search rankings and sales results are not guaranteed.
What should I include in my first message?
Your name, a callback number, the type of device or service you need and a short description of the problem. Don’t send passwords, payment card details, private files or verification codes.
